We are more than a labor contractor. We are a trusted partner. Our role goes beyond providing crews. We help growers protect their investment by delivering reliable people, organized operations, open communication, and the confidence that every job will be done the right way.

Our story began with Arturo Viramontes, whose passion for agriculture started while studying Agricultural Engineering at UC Davis. Together with his wife, Fidelina, he built a life centered around vineyards, hard work, and respect for the land. Those values became the foundation of our family and, years later, the foundation of Royale AgLabor.

Growing up in the vineyards, Alexander Viramontes learned firsthand what growers need most: dependable people, quality work, and a team they can trust. Jennifer Viramontes brought a different perspective, combining the family's agricultural roots with a background in accounting and business. Together, they founded Royale AgLabor in 2017 with one purpose: to build the kind of labor company they believed the industry deserved.

Today, Jennifer Viramontes leads the company's vision by driving continuous improvement, investing in technology, strengthening employee development, and building lasting relationships with growers. Alexander Viramontes oversees field operations, working closely with clients and crews to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Israel, our Labor Supervisor, helps connect management, foremen, and field crews, keeping communication strong and operations running smoothly.

Our foremen are the backbone of every project. They lead our crews in the field, maintain close communication with growers, and help ensure every vineyard receives the quality, safety, and professionalism our clients have come to expect.

More than 40 years of combined agricultural experience have taught us one simple truth: when people are respected, trained, and supported, they produce exceptional results. That philosophy has helped us build lasting relationships with growers and a reputation for being reliable, professional, and responsive.
